Indications
Increase blood plasma size in cases of trauma caused by body loss (deficit blood volume), burns, low protein levels (deficit blood proteins) due to surgery or liver failure, adult respiratory distress syndrome, kidney washing, helping to compensate for protein loss and increasing the criminal pressure that results in an expanded volume within the blood vessels.
Associated Conditions
Medically supervised: duration of pregnancy and breastfeeding, where there are insufficient studies on safety of use, the doctor must be consulted before treatment begins; heart, kidney or liver diseases; high blood pressure; pulmonary edema; patients receiving fluids for treatment of dehydration.
Mechanism of Action
A sterile solution, representing a human plasma serum that contains a whole spectrum of serum proteins in a uniform and efficient form, is made from human plasma obtained at least 1,000 donors.
