Indications
Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or febrile state, which is reserved for children aged 16-48 kg (approximately 4-15 years).

Adverse Effects
Immune system disorders.
- Rare: hypersensitivity reactions to anaphylactic shock type, and oedema of Quincke.

- Rare: erythema, urticaria, skin rash have been reported.

- Not known: fixed pigmented erythema.
Blood and lymphatic disorders
Very unusual: thrombocytopenia, leukopenia and neutropenia.
- Not known: agranulocytosis, hemolytic anaemia in patients with glucose deficiency ‐ 6 ‐ phosphate ‐ dehydrogenase.
Hepatobiliary disorders.
- Not known: increased transaminases, cytolytic liver disease, acute hepatitis, massive hepatitis in particular when used in a risk situation.
