Information may not be accurate. Always consult a physician, pharmacist, or specialist before acting on any data shown here.
Indications
Used to reduce and control the bleeding caused by the lack of the ninth clotting agent, called Hemophilia B.
Associated Conditions
The use of this drug may increase the chance of coagulation, so the patient must be monitored for symptoms of concussion.
The risk of haemovilia-positive pregnant women may increase after abortion, prenatal procedures, or childbirth, so the level of the ninth clotting agent must be monitored and measured during the first visit, twice during the last third of pregnancy, before any surgical procedure during pregnancy and prior to childbirth, and the use of the alpha nunocology is also preferable to the use of the ninth-comer's centre.
Mechanism of Action
The following mechanism is used
Nunacug Alpha is the version of the ninth clotting coefficient, produced by the re-synced DNA technique, which is activated to IXa by the eleventh activated agent (XIa), and then, in collaboration with the eighth factor (X) to X, which activates prothropine to the two, leading to the gathering of the faebin and the formation of the clot.
