Mechanism of Action

Pharmacotherapeutic group

OCULAR ANTI-ALLERGIC ( S = sense organ ) NAABAK 4.9 FOR CENT, collyre solution is presented in a multidose vial equipped with a filter membrane (0.2 microns) to protect the eye from microbial contamination during the period of use.

  • N-acetylaspartyl glutamic acid: o inhibits the degranulation of conjunctival mucosal mastocytes that cause the release of chemical mediators of inflammation responsible for allergy, o blocks the activation of the supplement, o inhibits the synthesis of leukotrienes (RSS-A) by sensitized cells; mastocytes, complement proteins and leukotrienes play an important role in the initiation and conduct of allergic reactions and therefore the production of ocular inflammatory symptoms and signs.

In application, the N-aspartyl acid, the home-mediated dust and the like exerts a local reaction.
